Shipping within Canada
Merla Baby currently ships within Canada using eligible GTA local delivery, Canada Post, UniUni and Purolator. Delivery services are available Monday through Friday and may vary by postal code.
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing may take longer during sales or high-volume periods; we will notify you of a material delay. Orders may ship in separate packages, and tracking is sent once an order has shipped.
Shipping rates
Eligible GTA local delivery
- Orders under C$65 before tax: C$5.99 local delivery
- Orders of C$65 or more before tax: free local delivery
Standard shipping elsewhere in Canada
- Orders under C$129 before tax: C$8.99 standard shipping
- Orders of C$129 or more before tax: free standard shipping
Shipping thresholds are based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes. Delivery eligibility and the final shipping rate are confirmed at checkout using the delivery postal code.
Oversized items
Oversized items, including items such as bathtubs, indoor slide sets and playmats, are not eligible for regular free shipping. Any applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery updates and returns
Shipping charges already incurred when an order is sent are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required by law. Refused shipments and shipments not collected from a depot are treated as returns and may be subject to return shipping charges.
