退款政策
We have a 14-day return policy for eligible products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened with original tags, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for opened packages due to health and safety concerns for our babies. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can log in to your account using this link here, and then select an order to request a refund. You can also contact us at merlababycanada@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Merla Baby, Unit 17, 45A West Wilcot St, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 2P3.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label at the customer's expense, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return. 1. Log in to your account: 1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue. 2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. 3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code. 2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. 3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return. 4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. 5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Upon receiving your return, Merla Baby will inspect the item to make sure it is in resellable condition before issuing a refund. If for any reason, the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging or is no longer resalable, restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount. If your refund is approved it will be refunded within 5 business days. Products that have been opened and assembled are not eligible for return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Clearance items are FINAL SALE.
